Bee’s Knees describes the 3BPeat litter perfectly. This group of six does not have anything that isn’t perfect.  I am having a devil of a time trying to decide which puppy to hold back for myself, never mind assigning puppies to the families!  Truthfully, pretty much any one of these six adorables would fit the bill for any of the lucky families on this list.

We are at the 5 week mark and we have reached some milestones this past week.  The kids have experienced the great outdoors!  It wasn’t the warmest day on record so we didn’t stay out too long.  It took a bit of courage to take those first few steps into the great big outdoors but once they got out there the puppies all thought it was a pretty interesting place.  It is always so cute when pups go outside for the first time.  Everything is brand new so everything is fascinating to them.  They don’t venture too far because there is so much to sniff and look at.  They all had an extra long afternoon nap after the big adventure.

Second wormings will happen this afternoon with the final worming taking place at seven weeks just before their vaccinations.

They all continue to grow and develop their individual personalities.  Bijoux is only in with the puppies for a few minutes three times a day now and by six weeks she will not be in with them other than very briefly once a day.  Bijoux is still very attentive and watches over the puppies like a hawk.  She is protective but agreeable to some interaction between the pups and people but definitely not between the pups and any other dogs yet.  Spirit loves to play with the puppies through the xpen and the pups all love her.  At seven weeks we will allow the pups out with our dogs but for now they remain separated from them.

The KO litter (Oceana x Kodiak) puppies are also in the Doodle Den now so it is getting to be a very full house with 12 puppies and our six adults.  Peanut takes up the space of two dogs with her very full belly.  We anticipate Peanut’s puppies to arrive sometime over the next week or so.  Peanut and Tickle  look like they are expecting a good sized family judging by the enormous belly Peanut is waddling about with.

Not to be left out of all the puppy madness going on at Van Isle Doodles, Pippa has cycled a bit earlier than expected so we have puppies almost ready to go home, puppies just moved into the Doodle Den, puppies about to be born and puppies about to be made.  Lucky us!!

We do still have a couple of spots available in the Ruby Gems litter.  If you would like to be considered for one of these mini labradoodle puppies, please submit an Application for our consideration.
